Subject	Jspec headlight wiring?

Message	I have a set of 99 Headlights and didn't buy the pre-wire kit with them. I have searched and searched on this and can't seem to find straight forward instructions on how to wire these up with out burning up the ballast. Can someone spoon feed me?
