As far as color matching your wheels, that could be done with a picture of your wheels for them to compare it to. As far as having a smooth plenum...you will need to "polish" it a little before getting it powder coated. I'm NOT talking professional mirror polish here. In all honestly, just get to town at it with some 40 grit, and work your way up to only 200 grit sand paper, and that will be good enough. The powder coaters will sandblast it and after powder coating, there will be ZERO texture left to it at all if they do it thick. If you want, you can mail me your plenum here in Texas, and I'll have it done at the place that has done all of my stuff. Just pay for shipping and pay them for the work. They do excellent work, and for a plenum sandblasted and everything charge less than $100 which is a great price. If you add the hard pipes, you might then be at $100 or a little over. I don't need any profit as I don't need it. I just like to keep bringing these people business and helping out fellow Z owners. Let me know.
