to get the center piece out. Followed by the hacksaw to cut the two inner sleeves that have rubber bonded to them then I cut the outer sleeve. It was fairly easy to do the tensin rods. The new bushings went right in. Grease the inside of the rod lay the middle bushing on a clean flat surface and push the tension rod down over the new bushing, I used light force with my fingers to center it.
