Message	The main concern is detonation which shouldn't be much of an issue if you drive gently. The one time I had to fill my NA with regular I only got like 12 mpg. It didn't do any noticeable damage. If I were you I'd just drive the tank a bit more gently then usual and maybe throw in some octane booster for good measure. Also, your cooler Canadian temps should help a wee bit.
