I am sorry to say, the problem is in your inventory control process, wrong parts start with poor inventory practices. Mislabeled, wrong location, poor training. If your inventory control was very good and you had the proper check and balances in place you would not have repeated problems and a low customer satisfaction rating. I know no system is perfect, but with the proper process and training, you would not incur in additional expense in correcting the situation and would improve in your customer satisfaction, which is key to success.
