Message You may get some of the befefit of the larger pipes if you have the stock throttle bodies and intercooler outlet diameters but not all of it. I would consider this mod only after I have made the other supporting mods to make sure I would get the full benefit. At a cost of $1,000 there would be a small horsepower to dollar return without the other items.

You should be able to get them in with the engine in. You would need to ask that question of Coz to be sure. You would have to remove your front fascia at the least.

You may not have any problems with the pipes being bolted in. Many tt conversions do not bolt the pipes in. Mine are supported by couplers only and I haven't had any issues. Not being bolted in at specific points gives a little more wiggle room if needed.
