Message	to be considered art only means that it elicits a sensory or emotional response, the fact that you hate it nearly qualifies it. shifting it over to the more subjective realm of aesthetics I happen to love Linkin Park, but lyrics almost never impact whether or not I like a song. For me it's more the sound and the emotional provocation.
