new album, rush to the store to buy it the same day, and head straight home, pop it into the hifi and listen to it cover to cover while reading the liner notes are over... for the modern generation of music buyers anyways. You're right, they might not be given the opportunit to experience music the same way we did/do, but certainly, one has to accept that perhaps their enjoyment comes from instant gratification, instant accessibility, and complete mobility of their music.
