at +45 and 7" will shift the wheel inside about .25" more than the stock application (~6mm); however, he can fix this with a wheel spacer if he's willing to use spacers. If he's really having that much trouble finding this particular wheel, then this is what i would suggest: use at least a 10mm spacer (which will put his wheel ~4mm beyond the stock position) and widen 1" (which will put the inside of the wheel about 21mm closer to the suspension components). I dont think this 21mm extention of the wheel will interfere with the suspension components, as i've seen more aggressive setups without problems; Though adj upper control arms are always recommended. The only drawback would be that it costs about $250-300 to widen each wheel, which is could be a significant expense, depending on the budget; but if he's truly having a difficult time finding these wheels and he truly wants them, this may be a price he's willing to pay.
