I agree the CAS color is too deep. I have purple colored Samco Sport boost and coolant hose sets to use which are much lighter color. I wanted to have it chromed but couldn't get it fully apart with every screw removed. I didn't want to mess it up so I didn't continue trying. I am aware that the HI pulley was put on backwards and yes I did paint the intake tubes to use up what was left of the can used to spary over the chromed upper cover. I didn't like how bright the upper cover was once chomed so I lightly sprayed over the chome with Duplicolor Metalcast smoke color which left it looking like it wasw bronzed.
