I do agree that emissions is not the only thing causing global warming but as roomates of this big house we call Earth, we could help slow down the process, don't you think?
Here is some things that you can do in case you haven't heard:
recycle plastic/paper
minimize AC use when possible
turn lights off when not in use
throw a sweater on instead of turning the T-stat up
