Message	Most drifters use a hard compound slick tire because they are easy to slide around. At the higher levels AKA professional, they do use a stickier tire because the hard tires become dangerous at high speeds when they get a little wear on them. It also obviously depends on the car. Low horsepower cars require a slicker tire to break them loose.
