bought a 15 year old car. Most any car is going to be expensive to restore and modify (to top it off you are trying to do a motor swap as well). Talk about stacking rocks on your shoulders and then trying to swim, buy the Evo X, and make sure you talk to Seb at SpecialtyZ, he is selling exhaust and I think some other items for the Evo. At least at the minimium, he can give you some guidance so that the guys on the Evo forums don't have to hear the same thing when you're ready to sell the Evo for an Sti because you have put 5k into the Evo and it is barely faster than stock.
