Message color matched twice. AFAIK the parts adjacent to the repaired ones will
have to sprayed so as to blend the old with the new paint.

In my case, the first time was done by the original owner. The blending
could only be detected in bright sunlight and you had to look pretty hard
to see where the new paint ended.

I can tell no difference between the old and new paint on the second
paint job so I think your concern about color matching the pearl white
may be exagerated. I'm inclined to think it's something any good body
shop can do. Perhaps matching and blending badly weathered paint may
be more difficult.

You definitely want the fascia sprayed off of the car. Otherwise, if you
have a reasonably snug fit between the fascia and fenders, the new paint
will tend to bridge the gap leading to cracked paint and paint ridges
forming along the edges of the panels.
