That is based if your sticking with the 275/35's which has already been mentioned is a bit on the smaller than oem diameter. But with those tires and having your camber set to near max oem tolerance of -1.6 you shouldn't have to roll the fenders at all. I think you may still get away without rolling with the prescribed 275/40's.
