Message	stages don't really MEAN anything, it's just anytime you do a HP mod, you can say you moved up a stage. Stillen and SGP have their stages (and they aren't neccassarily the same) just because it SOUNDS cool. So I knon you don't want to hear this, but...go to SGP's website. Check out what THEY consider stage upgrades then look on their price list for each mod.
