Message	"thingys" to put your tires on. they were made out of a stack of 2 X 10's I think and had a lip around the edge so tires couldn't roll off. Looked like it would get you up nice and high and keep you safe. Pile of wood turning to dust seems less likely than jackstand breaking and car falling.
