To all who have partaken in my recent post, I want to apologize to a few of you I slammed. i emailed all 2-3 of you back I believe. I f i mised anyone than I am sorry. My problems were broadcast here with the hopes that SGP would respond as they have not taken my last calls. That game is over for me . I work a regular job as a technical recruiter and own two seperate businesses which kill my spare time. unfortunately, I do not have the ability or the knowledge/time to rebuild my motor and turbos. that is what SGP was paid to do. Unfortunately, after 7 months of trying to get it ALL (sorry for caps!), there are major problems I have had to sort out. It is like they have just given up after the last attempt to get it right. Please, how would you feel if your first attempt to fly to a different city to get your car was met with your car that had a rod knock and smoking oil. that is exactly what i found after my first attempt to get my car in January. The saga drug on till the middle of May. All I want is wat I paid for to be done in accordance with how it was supposd to be. Does anyone fault me for trusting Mark/Kyle??? If so then maybe they should no longer be a sponsor of this sight. I do not want a fight, I want my 425+ rear wheel hp car back that works and is tuned correct as anyone of you would expect when you pay for ANY service to be done. Does anyone want to trell me that when I pasy to have my water heater replaced that it should be expecetd not to be done right the first time and a leak is to be expected. I did not think so. so to a couple of you who indicated i should do my own work, i say i would like to but haven't the time or knowldge. After getting burned by Alamo three years ago, SGP knew of what happened as we discussed it and i was very SPECIFIC ( sorry) in what I was paying for and what the expectations were. well, it is not nearly complete do to some re occurring problems. In conclusion, I am eagerly awaiting FRED and DAMON to get back to me after they deliver my wishes for SGP to call me to resolve this as I expected them to do per their own promises. I have had email contact with fred and Damon and they are supposed to talk with Mark and Kyle. i will give them the benefit of the doubt that their email has been down and that they possibly did not get my email last week requesting their immediate attention to my problems. However, this does not excuse my last attempt to call them when they would not take my calls. I hope that SGP will respond to FRED or DAMON who I personally know will advise them of my problems as if there should be any quetsions. The choice to make good on their work and help me out with the problems I got back from them after being wayyyyyyyy patient will be theres.
if not, then i will do what i say. unfortunately the BBB will really only help with a memeber. Even then you can go all the way to arbitration and come up empty handed. Thanks for the thought but it really would be irrelevant to resolve this. legal is rediculous when it is over 7k. Fixing the car correct is the easiest, followed by reimbursing the customer if they can not get it right and if that is ignored . Customer go for chargeback on credit card. i would suggest that ANY of you who ever pay for a large service like this CHARGE it even if yuou have the cash. reason being, if you are in an unfortunate spot as I am , you will have a recourse of getting your money back when something like this happens. that is exactly why i charged it and not pay cash. Unfortunately, i may actually have to fall back on this means of recovery by their current choice of ignoring me. Just think. If everyone charged for their parts/service, don't you think ALL REPAIR shops might be a little bit more careful with their work and blowing you off when they have your money and yet their work is still not right. just a thought. again i apologize to the few I slammed. my fight is not with you nor do I want to create a negative support network.. understand my situation or don't i can only hope you see all of my reasoning in what I have posted this week. If it works in resolving this for me then great. Hopefully it will and I will be able to report back that SGP repaired my continued problems and wanted to get it right. If not Then don't you want to know so you do not end up in my shoes with them?? Any of you can call me at my office for further detail or suggestions if desired.
