Message	different mechanical properties than what is publicly available? Ti-6-4? Tensile strength is about 150ksi, yield strength is about 15-20ksi lower. Generally, Ti and Ti-alloys are heat-treated (for annealing) between 1200 and 1500F, however, they also can be aged or specially annealed to produce desired qualities (fracture toughness, notch strength, resistance to water stress corrosion, etc.).
