Subject	How does the rear window pin attach?

Message	I found a few posts talking about the rails in the actual door. Mine isn't broken at the door but sheared right up at the window, maybe 1/8" away. Could somebody let me know how it attaches to the window? I'd like to replace it myself but can't tell how, and my post in Technical went unanswered. Thanks.
