Putting it all the way up on the balance tube significantly reduces response time and does not do much to relieving the boost pressure when the throttle flaps are closed. If you would like to use that port, use it for the input to your Boost Sensor on your EBC instead. That will give your Controller a close to accurate reading of the boost pressure that your cylinders are seeing.
