He has no ties with my family...just a guy I got to know that worked at the body shop I always used. He's helped me and MANY local people out a ton over the years. I think miscommunication on both sides is leading to huge problems, and this is why I did not think it was a good idea to not use someone local. I'll see what I can do if anything.
