Message I have sent him many emails to send the product at first now I just want my cash. Hey guys its not about the money its about him being a fraud.. below are copies of emails and paypal transaction.

This is the final attempt to collect this refund. You have not sent the item nor have you refunded the money.
Please do with in the next 48 hours. To prevent any further actions. You are doing mail fraud because you’re charging for shipping and handling and not doing so.
I hope we can come to a conclusion.
