This is quick work, and I see there are some things to tweek. Like the lip edge is too sharp, have to add the lug holes, align the brakes better etc..
But I am tired so I figured I would let you see some progress:
 Also a few days ago I did this for a guy who wanted to see what it would look like:
Not too bad, I have seen much worse.
