Its been awhile since I have read anything about the capability of stock turbos but I had thought they were pretty inefficient right about where you are pushing them and that I think is assuming a stock setup. Since you are flowing more freely with your mods I would think that 14 psi is just out of the range of those turbos. **Ive been out of the game for a long time so I may be wrong.
