Message	You could have hooked up a PS pressure analyzer and tested the system. Basically the pressure readings will tell you if the pump is bad or the rack is bad. Its a test of the hydraulics. If both of those are good but you are still having problems then it has be something other than the rack and ps pump. I would then test the pressures in the hicas rack.
