Message I get a couple of calls today from people that tell me that one of my customers by the name of David Snell is all over tt.net complaining about SGP and his car. My response to the first caller was: "WHAT???.....when did he start having problems with his car??"

So then I log onto TT.net for the first time in a month and do a quick search. All I can say is "WOW!!". Some people are truely amazing. After I spent some time reading some of the posts I decided I would make only a few comments to some issues, print out all of the posts, make an appointment with our lawyer to discuss possible slander, and either myself or our lawyer will contact David directly as to how we will proceed.

Since I have no intentions on starting any type of flame war on the forum these will be my only comments made on this subject.

The first thing I want EVERYONE to remember is there are two sides to every story.

David said:"Are any of you aware when I called them last week as My car sat at Nissan and I needed some general questions answered so that I could better guide the Nissan "mechanic" with the consult trying to diagnose my problems.I asked the guy who answered the phone to GET KYLE OR MARK on the phone."

I remember exactally when this call was made. I was in the process of working a tranny back into a car(by myself) that the customer was waiting on and needed to be back on the road in an hours time. When the phone rang I asked one of our customers to answer the phone because Mark was out on a test drive, Stacy was already gone for the day, and I had a 200+ lb tranny in my hands. The customer answered the phone and said it was a customer that had questions about his car. I told him to tell the person on the phone that no one could take his call and to call back. The customer then came back and told me it was a David and he wanted to talk directly to either me or Mark. I told him to tell David to call me back in an hour. But that is the last call I got from David. Before that call last week I have only talked to David once since he picked up his car over a month ago. The last time David called me he said his car ran great but the idle was a little high. I told him to give the throttle bodies some time to seal and the idle would go back down just like when you clean your TB's. I asked Stacy and Mark if they had received calls from David and Stacy said David called once about his reciepts but never to talk to me and Mark also said that he had only talked to David once since he picked up his car but never to talk to me. So I have only received two calls from David since he picked up his car over a month ago.

David said:"Isn"t Fred their good bud, well he has not respondeed to my email from last week requesting his ideas on what to do and TO TELL THE DYNAMIC DUO TO CALL ME."

Fred has been out of town flying since last weekend so I doubt he has even read his E-mail.

David said:"So for any of you "loyal" friends of SGP/Kyle, why don't you give em a call for me and tell them to QUIT IGNORING MY REQUEST FOR HELP wuth the problems I am still having with my car."

Why ask someone else to call us?? Our E-mail has been down for the past two weeks due to a new network being installed and several hardware/software problems BUT our phones and fax machine work 100%. We even have an answering machine for the times when we are too busy to answer the phone or when all of our lines are tied up. I have not received one call, fax, and/or message from David in the past week and since he didn't call me back I figured it was not important and/or it was resolved. I didn't know he was having any problems until someone else called and told me. They all got through without any problems.

David said:"Call Alamo Autosports in Arlington Tx., and asked them what happened three years ago when they would nopt make good on the ork they did on my car."

You have failed to tell people that your car has been to 3+ shops already and even Courtesy Nissan has you in their service computer as "Do NOT do any work on this car!!!". I am sure that Alamo made the decision to take the financial loss instead of continuing with you as a customer. Is it the fact that the work is bad or are you a bad customer?

That is all I have to say at this point until I get a chance to talk to our lawyer. Someone will be in contact with you soon David.

Again I will say that I didn't even scratch the surface and there are two sides to every story.
