It's made specifically for grinding tools and you basically stick the bit in it to get the wax all over the bit, then grind away. The shavings get stuck in the wax instead of gumming up the bit itself. Then you just have to wipe the wax off occasionally and reapply. It will save a ton of bits and money, and I've always gotten it from the same place I buy my bits from.
