Message older cars are. I think a lot of it revolves around American stereotypes, as well as the simple mathematical rarity of the older cars posted on auctions such as Barret Jackson.

I have a 90 z that I don't really ever expect to get my money back out of, and it only has 11k miles on it, mint condition. I'll hold on to it just the same, but only because I'm too young to ever experience what they were actually like rolling off the show room floor =)
