Message how many times do you challenge someone to go as fast as you can on a 200 or 300ft skidpad until your tires break loose. A lot of skidpad ratings are due to the kind of rubber a car wears and more so the size of the wheel. It is very nieve to think that skidpad figures indicate anything about how a car handles.

By the way, M5's might corner quicker than a stock NA, but not a TT, I know from the track. That again, is not indicative of intrinsic handling, remember the new M5 is much lower than an NA, more power, more grip(tires), smaller side walls, etc.
