"contagious liberalism" to as trivial a motor vehicle law as the front plate, even within the realm of motor vehicle laws, it has to be the bottom-feeder. Plus it doubles expense with no benefit. The rest of what goes on over there, sheesh, don't even get me started. It's like CA is the test bed for these people to see what they can get away with imposing on Americans. My family lived in Palm Springs briefly when I was a teenager around 89-90, I remember it well. We went and saw as much of CA as possible. Fantastic state, but leave it to government to ruin something as much as possible. I couldn't put up with it, you guys have a higher threshold for BS than I do.
