you should have no pulls from the caster being out of spec unless the cross is over a 1/2 degree difference from side to side. If they are the same or close then caster is not causing your pull. Caster that is more negative than specs can cause very sensitive steering response though. The fist thing that should always be checked it ride height and tire pressure. If you have aftermarket tires, wheels, and or suspension then don't worry about that because the suspension geometry has changed. If ride height is correct then your springs are fine. If caster is off it is usually because something is bent or tension rods are shot.
