No, I haven't had engine work done but I am a customer since they sell me products (jobber). I've bought over $100,000+ worth of parts to sell to my customers from SGP. I haven't had any problems with their service. If I did, do you think I'd still be purchasing from them?... I am not defending them, I'm just stating my experiences with their service. Like I said earlier, there is never going to be a 100% satisfaction rate. People hear all the complaints and rarely do they see the positive feedback. I'm just posting my positive feedback. If you want negative feedback, I've got beef with my previous suppliers that I no longer deal with. I just prefer not to publicly use the forum to express my dissatisfaction with my ex-suppliers.
