Message	actually get the title. She wasn't even really looking to sell, much less get involved in paperwork, etc. I found out about it through a friend of mine and made an offer. If possible, I'd like to save the lady some legwork. You bring up a good point, though. I wouldn't even blink at this if it were a craigslis ad or something...
