Message	If one was to find a junk Z (or any vehicle for that matter) and wish to restore it, but the owner did not have a title/lost the title, what would be the best way to get a proper title so the the vehicle could be insured/tagged and otherwise street legal. I've done a bit of searching, and so far, the best scenario that I could find is to find a mechanic buddy and get a mechanics' lien put on the car, and obtain a title through them. Anyone have any experience salvaging a title like that? TIA.
