Message	On if you consider economic manipulation of oil prices as an act of economic warfare. I personally am happy with the Strategic Oil Reserve staying full and sealed. The reserve is for use in a situation basically that is our military against the entire world if necessary, as if we were shut off from everyone and can only rely on ourselves for our demand. And that oil powers our military and industry needed to build and use weapons and win that war. Then we can take over everyone elses oil and fill it back up.
