Dude, Coz, You have provided me with 7+ years of stellar customer service, vast parts knowledge, and for the most part good prices. You were a known constant as excellence in not only Z32 parts, but many other Nissan parts as well. You were the muthafuckin parts pimp, and I praised your name anytime someone asked about parts on the forum. When my Platinum Z got totaled in 2007, you (and other vendors) went above and beyond and provided me with receipts for everything I had purchased since 2002. Specialty Z, Tweeter and Kyle @ Velocity Performance did the same. A hair over $13K total, made me sick to my stomach. $7k+ was just your store. I know that may be peanuts to some companies, and compared to some builds. But this was $7k of my hard earned money over the course 5 years. It makes me very sad to say today Coz, that I can't purchase on that level anymore. Maybe some small stuff here and there, like I do with Z1, but that's it. You still do provide great customer service, and I can still get you to ID a part with a crappy description, but these action kill much of it for me. I don't know how big your buisness is, or how much comes directly from TT.Net, but honestly, that's what baffles me the most. It's not that you copied a part from vendor Q, or some cosmetic cover or cap. The part you copied was a safety related, very well engineered part, designed and produced by one of the founders of TT.net (and his team). This is a person responsible for creating a network where you are hand fed sales leads, business contacts and 100% target audience advertising. Everytime your ad pops up, it's a slam dunk. You know that the person reading could 100% use something you offered. That's the part that blows my mind. There are so many channels which were skipped in the creation of these products. Communication breakdown doesn't even begin to describe it. I can't wrap my brain around this, sorry. And sorry for rambling. Coz, good luck with everything. Obviously I hope this doesn't bankrupt you, but I do see this making a huge dent in your Z32 and probably general buisness. I hope the lessons will be learned, and you can right those you have wronged. -T
