I used to be in sales as well, so I do feel like I understand where you are coming from. I have a question for you. You came to me and bought a diamond. I sold you a diamond, but gave you a cz. You find out later, and all you would expect is a "I'm sorry, here is what you payed for." The way I was taught for sales is that you under promise, over deliver. And if someone has wasted time because of you trying to hose them, then their time is worth something.
