Message	I had this issue as well. My laptop was an old pos and the battery was so bad it didn't have enough juice to upload the program without crapping out. When I used another guys laptop it worked fine and we drove around tuning and did real time changes fine. I have a new laptop and it does the same thing you are saying and I was told to check my usb settings. I haven't got to it yet though.
