try to open the plastic screw located at the top left corner.Open the radiator cap and start the engine.Let it run till the normal operating tenperature and you have to keep pouring water with coolat on both inlets till you see bubbles in it( this will remove air in the system).Put the plastic screw back where it was and tighten it.Put the radiator cap back and secure it.Goodluck

I have a NISMO radiator and oil cooler on my 91 ZXTT. The other day in 95+ heat while sitting in a line to have it washed the temp gauge almost made it to the overheated zone. I thought that with the NISMO radiators this wouldn't happen. What can I do to keep it from happening again?
