Message	1) in most cases, the seller/shipper is suppose to file the claim..Z1 should be on top of this, and it doesn't look like they are 2) Z1 shouldn't have sold him the engine if they didn't have it...not sure how it's his responsibility to ask them...if Z1 didn't have it, they shouldnt be advertising or selling it...or tell him it's out of stock and ask if he wants to cancel it or wait for it....if i call a vendor (or even place an order online), i would expect they have it in stock...unless it's one of those pre-order group buy things when the vendor clearly states it Professional Photoshoot of my Z
