At 5900 RPM it is 400HP. : IbaneZ The chevrolet site says 385hp @6000 for the Z06 and 350 @5600 rpm, this is for the 2001 models btw. Are you saying these numbers are slashed by GM?? I would love to see a dyno to settle this. I know manufactures sometimes underrate hp for their motors but never heard that this was done on the vettes. I know the numbers are underrated for the other ls1 cars. OH well regardless sounds like a sweet vette hope you enjoy it.
