Message	are the gears that go inside your differential. Stock gear ratio is 3.69 i believe, leader gears are 4.10 which they make the car quicker off the line, and keep you in a good power band all the time. Me personally, when i put the leader gears on my car, i gained 5-7mph in my trap speeds.
