Message the camshafts being developed are going to be based on airflow and overall performance geared to what the build is being built for. Skys the limit on what duration/lift they are wanting. The highest out is 10.25 from Tomei which you and I have mentioned here. Thats roughly .394" The camshafts that Mike and Kuah are using/going to be using are at .433" which is quite a bit taller in lift profile but they aren't designed for a solid lifter application. If not treated properly they will flatten the lobes and the cars performance will be affected drastically.

going solid lifter enables you to keep the valve train in particular the lifters from going into flow. You also use the solid lifters to run in conjunction when revving past 7800RPM effectively. Many of us to include me have hit the 9000RPM mark previously however to get the best overall performance in keeping the valve open/closed at exact time you need the solid type lifters not to mention a specified valve spring with adequate spring rates both open and installed. Overall with the development of these new billet camshafts you won't have to go out and buy a designed camshaft to work specifically with a lifter as these will work either or and won't flatten easily like they would if you had a cast core cam like Tomei manufactures.
