Message	here in Toronto theres an area that hosts pro-bike racing every year. 2 years ago i saw a Z parked with a roof rack with 2 bikes on the rack (roof mounted rack) The rack was the type that required the front wheels to be taken off and i didnt see what company made the rack...wasnt important to me at that time. but...honestly...it looked kinda cool....because these were nice racing bikes...really nice...1 was yellow frame the other was red and green. I personally can't imagine that this type of rack would be harmful to the roofs because the bikes themselves probably weigh 17-20 pounds each. now that you mention it, id like to find a rack myself. I bought a nice Trek racing bike last year and it just doesnt fit in the hatch.
