Message	i disagree. the technology is already there. if oil companies weren't buying up every decent idea, the technology would already be being used. all we have to wait for is the oil companies to loose enough money so that they don't buy up the next good patent. seriously, there have been cars to run on strait water. efficient enough fuel cells have been made.
