| I had a Mueller Redhead twin disk. The pedal is very light as with any multi-disk. The disk and pressure plate are much smaller than singles so shifting is really easy. But engagement sucks. It's basically like a on-off switch. And yes the floating plate makes a knocking noise when pedal is pressed down. IMO, I don't like multi-disk clutches with floating plates. They don't take abuse. When they warp, the whole clutch is toasted. I changed to a SB 6 puck. No regrets.
