| I am concerned with the issue and would like to find out what is going on. I would have definitely appreciated you bringing it to my attention so I could help regardless since we've gone out of our way before for you and still will. Would you mind sending me picture of the joints as well? Also if you don’t mind, I would like to work in conjunction with SpecialtyZ (since they are closer to you) as they have already agreed to help with figuring out the issue. As of right now, we don’t really know what the issue is but we have replaced improperly installed/oriented hiem joints before for customers even though there were aligned incorrectly as a service and miraculously they never ever had any further issues. Also for reference, here are pictures of our latest heim joints so you can visually check verify them. They should also have print on the casings (BSA JAPAN 16 NOS) Hopefully together we can find the root of the problem. There is no sense in down grading to bushings if there is an simple solution and explanation. Just some quicks question too, what type of noise are you hearing? Is it coming from one side or the other? Have you verified if there is play in the hiem joints?

However if you still feel that the product is “cheap knock off crap” I’ll gladly buy and exhchange a set of ES bushings for you after this situation is sorted out, even though you were not the original purchaser of the product. Its actually the other way around. Our products have been copied using inferior componets. This may explain the confusion. I'll also email you this info to make sure you recieve it.
