We have our parts built with as many safe guards in place as possible to try to keep from having any issues. The parts are still built by humans, so of course anything is possible. Our down pipes, test pipes, and X-pipes are built in fixtures that the stock parts fit into. The stock parts are installed in the fixtures after each set is made to make sure the fixture is not changing over time. We also install the parts we build and the fitment has always been as good as I could expect to be possible. We have seen on some cars, the fitment is not as good as we would like.....When ever this has happened we have tried many sets and they always fit the same. We then try the same parts on another car and they fit perfect. I believe the reason some cars are different is because of the oversized holes in the Manifolds. Factory or aftermarket manifolds have greatly oversized holes to allow for expansion to keep the studs from snapping off. This means that if one manifold is centered on the bolt holes and the other manifold is at a angle on the bolt holes the whole exhaust will be off. If you think about a slight angle on the manifold, think about the amount it will be off by the end of the test pipe. Many things can cause the manifolds to be off and if one is up and one is down the issue can be large. The manifolds could be something other than centered from install, from a bent down pipe or test pipe or from the install of a pipe that was made poorly. What happens is the exhaust heats and cools and the exhaust finds its home. The manifolds also can move as is heats and cools. When we have had to install an exhaust that fit less than perfect, we have found if we remove it after running it for a day it fits perfect. After going through a couple heat cycles they always seem to find a happy place. The way you always want to install the exhaust parts is to put everything on very loose installing all the bolts and slowly tighten everything up a little at a time. Because the triangle flanges also have oversized holes, if the flanges rotates a little this can make things be off as well. If you install all the bolts loose, the flanges will rotate to the position with the least resistance. I believe if you loosen your whole exhaust and slowly tighten it up you will be fine. If you still have problems give me a call tomorrow. I will be happy to ship you another set, but I believe it will fit the same way due to the way your manifolds are positioned on your car at the moment. The turbos and manifolds are the thickest part of the exhaust and they are not going to break. The weakest part is the thin tube downpipe. If something is going to break it will be the downpipe and we will warranty it if something happens to it. We can only do the best we can with what we have to work with. We will always stand behind it even if the real issue is not something we have control over.Hope that helps! Greg
