Message	Go to DMV, give them the personalized letters that you want. They'll give you a 30 day tag and the personalized tag will be sent to you via mail. You keep your other tag if you wish or you may throw it away. Also instead of a $20 registration fee per year, it's $40 with a personalized. Now this is the way it goes for in NC. : and how does it work? Do you have to go to DMV and trade your plates and give them $?
